:20 sec ME HSPU
Modifications:
– Lighter DB
– HSPU- DB strict press
– the :40 sec’s remaining in each min is your rest period.
– scale DB weight accordingly
– DO NOT drop DB’s and please set them down carefully
– ME= max effort
– Score is total # of reps
