Getting Started

Getting started is simple at Forge Fitness!

The first step is to call or email us to set up your free, introductory session. During this session we will take you on a tour of the facility and sit down to discuss your goal and answer any questions you may have about our program. If you decide that Forge Fitness is the right place to help you achieve your goals, then your next step is to enroll in our Introductory course. This course consists of 8, one on one, sessions across 4 weeks.

By offering one-on-one training during the intro course, we minimize distractions and can pay maximum attention to your individual needs. In the Introductory Course, you will learn how to perform the fundamental CrossFit Movements safely and effectively, ensuring a seamless transition into the Group Workouts.
