Cardio Assault

Cardio Assault is a high intensity cardiorespiratory workout that does NOT include a barbell or any high skill gymnastics. This class is for EVERYONE! The goal of this class is to improve your conditioning, burn fat, and have fun doing it! We offer a constantly varied program which includes different movements, different formats, and different energy systems every time you come to class, so you can be sure you’ll never get bored!

Cardio Assault classes are 45 minutes long and offered on; Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday/Friday at 3:30pm.
