20 1 Arm Push Press (10 each arm)
200m Run
20 1 Arm OH Lunges
200m Run
20 Kb Goblet Situps
· Partner A goes, then B completing the same
movement
· EG Partner A runs 200m, tags partner B and they run 200m
Partner A completes 20 KB Swings, tag Partner B and they complete 20KB Swings etc.
