1) 10 pike HSPU (Rx+ 10 STO + hold (until clock reaches :45 sec))
2) 20 v-ups
3) 20 ground to overhead (Rx+ 10 deadlifts*)
4) 10 standing oblique crunches (each side)
5) 10 burpees
*For Deadlifts:
If using barbell, weight is 185/125#.
If using KB/DB, 10 reps each side
