100m Suicide
10m Burpees Broad Jump, (5m out, 5m back)
10 Partner Med Ball Situps, 20/14#

Suicide = lines at 20m, 15m, 10m, 5m

Every 5m = 1 Rep

Record the number of rounds and reps completed.

1 Partner completes Suicide and Burpees. Both partners perform 5 Sit Ups each before next partner starts on the next round.
