Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds)
20 Minute EMOM:
Minute 1: 1 Power Clean + 1 Squat Clean + 1 Jerk
Minute 2: 4 Burpee Ring Muscle Ups

Weight should be between 75-80% of your 1RM Jerk. Post your weight to the comments.

Scales:
2:1 burpee c2bs or pull-ups or ring rows
*if using a band, complete 8 burpees and then 8 pull-ups
